  1. JUMPSTART - Customer starts with customer-name.chat.nebul.io
  2. UPLOAD AND CONNECT - Customer can start uploading and syncing their data and organizing their RBAC and Knowledge Base
  3. CREATE TEAM OF KEY USERS - It is recommended to start with a small team of key-users to test the settings and the accuracy of the output
  4. ITERATIVE IMPROVEMENT FLOW

    • Organize testing period (1 - 3 - 6 months lead time)

      • Will set-up a Slack or Teams channel to have short interaction
      • Will set-up (bi-)weekly update meetings (30 min) to track progress
      • Discussing progress of testing and feedback
